"Show Home and Income Plan" - very interesting, the developer chooses to sell the show home at the start of the development plan and be hit with a 7.5% annual loss on the property until the development is sold? Why don't they want to hold onto the showroom till the end of the development, when its value will (as everyone knows) gone up atleast 10% per year? Humm...HPC?!
