Two mortgage lenders this week relaxed their lending criteria to enable potential BTL investors to purchase their investment with as little as a 10% deposit.

I can't see how the numbers can be made to stack up at 95% LTV.
I stopped buying 2 years ago after 85% LTV stopped working.

Borrow at 5.25% to then rent out at 4.5% yeild............There's going to be trouble ahead

As the lenders compensate and compensate to keep the BTL fools rushing in and the market afloat, the market is becoming more and more interest rate sensitive.
Incredibly short sighted - it will all end in tears!
