Antigua is a tin-pot island of 108 sq miles with a history of gun-running, high-level corruption, a reputation as a haven for tax dodgers, almost no regulation, and a place where a well-placed bribe would no doubt overcome any 'investor complaints'.

Sounds like safe heaven then these days!
