I was told 'its so popular that they've run out of account numbers'.
Also - its going to remain on the market for the next 2 weeks, at that rate, despite the rate cut.

No. I'm not sure its technically a bond, its a fixed term deposit. I've just taken one out, 6.7% with Santander seems a very good/safe deal.
