It seems like the DVD rental place on Acord Road (maybe you've never noticed it as it's a tiny door on streetlevel that leads up to the second floor) seems to be up for sale. I haven't been there for some months now actually.

It's probably long overdue anyway and only possibly related to the current economic climate a bit. Admittedly, I've stopped renting DVDs as much as before to be honest.
