quite a big decrease to be honest. If it had off road parking i would have been tempted by a viewing.

First major drop i've seen in BSE and the surrounding areas. I've only really seen on the price group i'm looking in (140k - 120k) drop by about 5k or so.

Yes, I've seen that before in other properties listed and it does seem to suggest a repossession. This East Anglia thread a bit further down the page also features a property with tape in the bathroom (last picture)
