I usually trawl through rightmove on city centre locations, and jesmond locations.

Now, as of the last week I have started seeing commercial properties being up for sale.

Top leaders so far are hair dressers and cafes.

These are not commercial properties, they are businesses. Very difficult to value.

I think the last one is more or less under the tyne bridge,near the akenside traders.

Oh, okay. Weird, didnt expect that to be seen on Rightmove. Interesting.

I also had a walk around Jesmond today by the coast road and up through Osborne Road.

Clark Residential on the coast road has "moved" according to a handwritten sign on a piece of paper quoting a 0191 number for "more information".

Sarah Mains on Osborne Road has two massive signs in the window saying

"SARAH MAINS - AUCTION HOUSE COMING SOON".

There were no properies listed in the windows, only that massive sign. Interesting, wonder what that will be?

Sensible move. Can no doubt see the repo's coming.

That's on the corner of Queen Street and Akenside Hill on the Quayside.

It's just opposite the awful "Fever" pub, if you know where that is.
