When you could buy this bungalow 200 metres away (on a better site as well!) and get 1 acre of land thrown in with it for £ 730,000 !!!!

Does it really cost £1,000,000 to build that house ??? Just buy the bungalow...knock it down and build the same house for £500,000 and get 2/3rd of an acre thrown in extra !!!
