Hello

Just moved back to Cardiff, certainly not buying yet biggrin.gif and want to rent a quality (as in clean, tidy, modern) three bed somewhere in north cardiff (and not on the former RoF nuclear factory either). Doesn't seem to be much other than student/medic and general crappy/dire accomodation for three bed category - lots of decent stuff in a four bed, but we don't need anything bigger than a three bed.

Does anyone have any ideas on which estate agents/letters to try? A lot of the websites i've looked at don't even seem to have many pictures of accomodation save for a odd shot of the exterior - I know the EA's are lazy, but i get the impression they must be hiding something if there are no interior pics too!

Thanks
Mike

Sorry mate, didn't you know that you HAVE to live in the Bay now!? There are several thousand empty flats, most of them with desperate landlords no doubt, just waiting for you.

You have probably found the exact problem with all the recent madness in Cardiff and across the country - a glut of flats and very little decent housing. You should write to you MP, AM, Welsh Nat for advice!

Sorry.

p.s.

Come to Swansea - there is a glut of flats and houses to rent down here! ;-)
