Why oh why is it that EAs try to avoid publishing interior photographs on their run down properties. I think most buyers with an ounce of common sense are not going to expect a pristine contemporary decor with these properties.

Trinity St, Norwich

As if the prospective buyer couldn't guess by the header what road the house is on, they take a photograph of the road sign rolleyes.gif and not one but two photos of the play area opposite the house! I don't think these things are included in the sale of the house, Mr EA! tongue.gif

I like the 'quick before it's too late' comment at the end - are they referring to stability of the building? laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Sounds dodgy but what's the golden triangle they are referring to?

The 'Golden Triangle' is really the fashionable, arty part of Norwich close to the City Centre. There is also a fabled 'Silver Triangle' where the house prices are a bit more realistic. smile.gif

I've no idea why this estate agent in Didcot only has house pictures with "TOO LATE" emblazoned across them... perhaps he means "too late to buy at a reasonable price"...i doubt it.

Does the squirrel come with the house or is it a subliminal message that you have to be 'nuts' to pay the asking price for this property? blink.gif wink.gif

Because the useless b@stards don't have any listings to replace those piles of crap they sold in 2006. smile.gif

I mentioned this on another post, usually there is human misery behind such properties (death, mental illness, illness, repossession) I personally do not feel it appropriate that the internals which display this misery should be available for all and sundry to witness (and nor do the next of kin if asked). The fact is that the price will usually tell a story as to the condition.
