Full Version: Berlin Property In Top Locations
House Price Crash forum > Investment > Overseas property investment
property berlin
We are developers in Berlin and are selling tenanted property for investment in the best locations in Berlin. The properties have 3 year rent guarantees which can be extended for another 3 years if you wish. All locations are the top locations like Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Schoeneberg, Tiergarten, Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf. Sizes: studios up to 3 bedroom apartments. Prices range anywhere from: € 69,000 - 169,000 or more. Guaranteed rents at € 6,00 - € 8,00 per sqm per month, depending on location. Maintenance reserve fund, sinking fund and property management in place. You can sit back at home and relax and not have to worry about your foreign investment and just watch the capital appreciation grow throughout the years. It is recommendable to hold on to your investment for 10 or more years in order not to have to pay capital gains tax when re-selling.

Berlin, Germany is THE place to invest as prices are still fairly reasonable considering it is a major capital city in Europe. It is also the seat of government and major companies have been moving their headquarters to Berlin. It is a known fact that Germans are starting to invest more and more in property and this poses to be a very good sign, since there have only been mostly foreign investors in the market.

If you are looking to come to Berlin to view our properties we would gladly meet up with you in our office on the Kurfuerstendamm for a cup of coffee and explain to you in detail how to buy property in Berlin and work out together with you what would be the most suitable investment for your needs. Please be aware that the properties are tenanted and cannot be viewed from the inside. We can provide you with floor plans and view the building and immediate area.

Please do not hesitate to contact me (Janet) via email if you wish to obtain information upfront and to book a viewing.

Hi and welcome Janet.

Ignore markinspain's cheeky comment. What developer do you represent?
property berlin
I will have to ignore it as my Spanish is not good enough for me to understand that. Maybe you understand what he had to say? The "puta" I know is a swearing word, so doesn't sound very nice already.

I represent Swisskontor which is half Swiss and half German. You could say that we are also a "One Stop Shop" where we help the foreign investors with everything before, during and after the purchase. Be glad to help if there is any interest.

I think your English isnīt good enough to understand that this isnīt a property ramping site. Also, you will note that the Spanish is taken from a Spanish website called Burbuja and is in quotation marks. If you could be bothered to translate it properly, you would see that there are lots of angry people in Spain who donīt like property speculators. There are plenty of other sites available to talk about property speculation.

The Houseprice crash website has served me 2 purposes. Realising that the UK market was overpriced and I had to sell out and also realising that Germany, Hong Kong and Japan bucked the trend over the last 10 years and make possible good investments.

This negative tone is not needed as this is the investment section on the forum. There are lot of peope that have STRed and are looking for an investment for their money. Berlin and Germany are very cheap compared to the rest of europe. If that makes it a good investment that will have to be seen over the coming years.

There is no problem with discussing overseas investments good or bad from private individuals. What I object to is people or companies using the site to blatently advertise their own business or services for free. There are plenty of adverts on the site that have been legitimately paid for which I have no problem with as it helps to keep the site running.

I must apologize if I have offended anyone in any way. I was just trying to be helpful. I am sure I am not the only one who has offered properties on this website in this way. People who are interested have the opportunity to get in direct contact and ask anything they wish and will get replies. I know that the website is mostly used to exchange information on investing in different countries but I am also sure that others are not offended by this "type" of advertising. If so then feel free to put in a complaint with the Head of the Forum and if I am told to refrain from doing this then I will accept it and repect it. No problem.

In case your English isn't good enough - the bit in bold means you shouldn't be advertising here.

Sorry for the welcome you have received Janet. It amuses me that those that point to the rules are some of the worst individuals for violating them. At least those that are interested now know how to get in touch with you (PM function doesn’t work on this forum.)

Hey Soupy, don't apologise on my behalf and don't tell me about rule breaking either. Why not get yourself over to Stinking Pig where you can all wallow in your muck together?
property berlin
My goodness I can't believe I have caused such a commotion by posting what I did. Look guys just calm your jets and get on with life. This is not the end of the world nor worth getting your knickers in a twist over! I never mentioned any properties nor company name (until I was specifically asked) so in that respect I didn't advertise anything directly. If you are not interested then just leave it and don't bother reading up on this posting. I am sure you will find more interesting stuff posted on this forum.
Thanks to those of you who were not offended with my posting and had a few nice words to say.
And to those who were not happy with the posting: life can be miserable enough as it is, why make it more miserable than necessary. You must lead very dull lives and have nothing better to do than to get upset about iddly piddly stuff like this. I am sorry to say, but that is very sad and I feel sad for you. You could use the time and energy in other things that are really worth getting upset over and not waste valuable time on energy on such petty things.

You are really a charming person aren't you? I did not lie when I said I never mentioned a company name nor website nor specific properties. Yes I did mention I work for a developer and only mentioned the name of the company when I was asked specifically.
Why don't you just leave it alone and get on with your life. I am sure you have better things to do than to get your self all upset by continuing to read these posts.
I wish you the best. Your attitude suits your user name by the way. Good choice.

Charming? What a put down. Did you practice that before you wrote it? My heart is pierced.

Seriously though - if you want to come onto a website and advertise your business, why not check the rules first.
property berlin
Did I practice before I wrote "charming"? No, I am just being myself. Sorry I pierced your heart and hurt you with that word.
So I missed out on reading the rules, big deal. And seriously, you are the only one going on and on about it. I actually think you are getting a kick out of it !
As I already mentioned, feel free to put in a complaint to the head of the forum. He'll kick me out if you ask him to. But I seriously doubt I have done any harm to anyone.
