Lots of properties that are not selling on ASPC are just moving on to the rental market. (Look at 5 Cooper Lane..brand new fixed price £290k and renting for £950 negotiable!) Wow...they really have got their sums wrong. Don't you just feel like warning some people?!

If you turned to them and asked if they could afford £1000 a month, what a re likely to say..
Need to be turning over 80k to be able to afford average house these days???

The BTLers i know are saying that corporate lets are not keeping up with the number of flats being built.
(i.e. Kepplestone, Aurora, Citigait etc...)
Kinda funny that they are almost saddened by the prospect of having to find real people for these luxury exective pier-a-terres.
