Thanks to the wonderful Property Bee website for showing that Knight Frank have first of all tried to sell their new builds at Eastbank, Aberdeen, by reducing the price (didn't work) so now they've increased the price and when potential viewers arrive offer them "massive discounts".
Example one property May - reduced from 390 to 378, June increased to 396. There are lots of examples to see on Property Bee.
Stewart Milne is also offering special deals to try and shift the massively overpriced units. Soon they will be half price.
