Phew... apparently I am getting the bonus despite being a previous customer.

Just found this. Basically says NRK aren't going to be in any way competitive on SAVINGS as well as loans for the near future:

So they're not allowed to pay competitive interest on savings yet they need to shore up depositors money to rebuild the business. Brilliant.
