Get quotes from all 3, then call the 2 highest ones back and ask if they fancy beating the best offer you've got.

tried xe.com and found their rates werent bad but the constant phone calls pissed me off
Signed up with www.transfermate.com , took 1 day, rates were better and certainly better than my bank.

Id vouch for them but still always compare to your bank just i case i suppose
