Eddisons Property Auctions

Quite good for the Yorkshire area.

Eddisons have very recently introfuced auctions at Bradford city football club (aswel as the usual venue at Leeds United FC). Eddisons say it is because of demand from investors and vendors. More like it's because they have a massive backlog of unsold property.

1st April Manchester
2nd April Bradford City FC
3rd April Leeds United FC

Check out the newly released online catalogues, some of the prices look quite reasonable actually.

% successfully sold = 29.8%


they only sold 29.8% of the houses, meaning 70.2% went unsold - MELTDOWN

due to house price crashed they have closed thier branch in bradford and also there are only few houses are for auction on september auction.
