Great stuff, keep them coming. Anyone remember the 'I don't give a f**k how much your house is worth' T shirts from the last boom/crash?

I doubt the general public would get this one. But it is an analogy I've seen often used here on HPC:

Found this on MF DWD board.
Just need to find a suitable image laugh.gif

I love the 3 R's logo.

How about " On the eighth day god created................"

Right underneath or above the Phil and Kirtsy back to back photo ?

It's a bit long but.................................

"My own prognostication a year ago of a possible 50% crash in house prices over the next 2 or 3 years, which now seems to me firmly on track inspite of all the huffing and puffing of those whose interests oblige them daily to pretend that all will somehow end well."

How about one with just the HPC logo on the breast? A big one across the back could be cool too. Please get us a hi-res downloadable version available for this!

Hi FTB,

We deleted your post because the original spelling mistakes were corrected so when people re-read the posts it didn't make sense....that's all!

That link on the bottom of your post - crazy thing is that's a very succinct description of exactly what is happening. No wonder people listen to him.

Mind you I am a bit like him. I sold up in the last crash and rented and have done the same this time. Last time I halved my mortgage. This time I am going to lose it forever.
