Sometimes I get quite jealous about house prices in Germany. A friend of mine is selling his house in Northern Germany. It was completely renovated in 2001 and has a very beautiful big garden. House incl. garden is 23.000 sq ft. Price is approx 100.000 pounds or 135.000 euros.
