Looks to me as though the people setting the questions are the dunces.

Question 5: Doesn't make sense - I presume they mean what is the highest rate you will pay.

Yeah, got it all right except 8 & 4.
4 is underspecified as a question
8 is just silly, move it to something that beats inflation.
