Its that tme again.. who has the best ISA rate / guarantees.
For me this financial year, m&s at +0.5% guaranteed above base got my cash.. this year they are offering +0.25% guaranteed above base.. I'm sure there are better deals..
Any suggestions?

Alliance & Leicester seem to have a good online deal at present but, as I have posted elsewhere, I personally would avoid online accounts.
