Hi
I'm looking for comparisons between the different banks to help work out which ones are the most secure in a crash / recession.
I am particularly interested in how much the banks keep in cash / assets, how much they lend back to their own customers and how much they invest and what kind of investments. A comparative table would be brilliant, but links to different recourses would be good as well.
I am particularly interested in the co-operative bank, Natwest (which is part of The Royal bank of Scotland - uks largest bank) and also the Leeds Building Society and Coventry building society.
If no one has any info then just getting a conversation going about this would be great.
Thanks
