Can anyone help please.
I banked cheques for a substantial ammount into a currency account with my bank. The cheques were drawn on an American Bank of Chicago. I was told that they would take a mandatory six weeks to clear on collection. I have had cheques clear faster than this from abroad. Am I being had for the interest.
