Got to think are some great deals there right now - wouldnt mind a holiday place in Miami myself......any other good sourcers?
I was there last week and on the ground it didn't seem like much stuff was being discounted. Maybe 10k off a 250k place but I couldn't see any big price drops. This was east of the intercostal and in coconut grove. Maybe the big drops are further inland?
