Sounds very nice but the price tag will put off many pure investors I would have thought. This forum attracts investment minded people in the main I think.
What would the realistic rent be over 1 year AFTER ALL costs to include occasionals?
Not Sure to be honest,depending on weather you let to holiday makers or long term lets?
Andratx is a very exspensive place to Visit so would guess for holiday lets you could ask for 800-1,000 E per week?
We have some freinds who bought for 1.7mil who rent out and they are bringing in between 2.2-5.200 depending on season.
