I found this site while following links, and it's one of the best resources for property markets I've seen around.
They give detailed information on just about everywhere, plus analysis of returns etc.

They show which regions are cheap (ie Germany etc), and which ones to avoid like the plague (Ireland, Spain, UK, USA)

I don't know how they make money, but the writers seem very well aware of the underlying economics of property.

That is a really useful site, very informative. I've been using www.offplanproperty.info to get an idea of price variations by country and the link you provided seems to provide good additional facts/research. Thanks!

EDIT; I had written that I had founf it poor when I used in 2006, however, just re - checked and it has improved.

Morocco it now has corrected to reflect the opportunity;
