I scheduled a Direct Debit last week for an amount to leave my account today (rent) but it's not showing up at all on my Icesave online mini-statement. However the amount has been deducted from my balance. Rolling the statement back to when I opened the account it's showing the opening balance as not being £0 as you might expect, but as -£xxx.xx (today's DD payment amount).

Anyone else had or having this problem?

Time to give 'em a call I guess.

Well the phone was answered within seconds, very good. Apparently the payment has definitely gone through, just the online management area hadn't updated yet. You can all breathe a sigh of relief, christh fans!

Can't login to my account now though, getting an error.

Yeah, I got in a few minutes later. Not had any problems with my account since.
