Have completed the probationary period for a work assignment overseas which should last a few years.

Where would you suggest I stash the tax free income for max. growth for a few years?

I plan to use the money to pay off accumulated cheap interest rate debt i.e. fixed rate mortgage on a house overseas and the initial uni. fees for a family member.
