Full Version: Are People In Rented Accomodation More Likely To Become Criminals

If you look at crime statistics it would appear that people who live in rented accomodation are more likely to commit serious crimes, than those who own their own properties.

Some of the most high profile criminals lived in rented accomodation, our prisons are bursting at the seams with people from the rented housing sector.

Why is this the case, and could this be another reason to make sure you purchase your own home and give yourself and your children a good start in life, rather than renting?

Perhaps we should set up concentration camps to gas the pathetic specimens who do not own a home. It would reduce crime.

Laurejon has also noticed that every time someone puts up an umbrella it rains - coindence? they think not. Over on other boards Laurejon has petitioned Downing Street to stop people buying brollies.

Laurejon accepts that inevitably there will be redundancies in the umbrella trade but believes this is a price worth paying if we are to have any sunshine this summer, furthermore job losses will be more than off set by a rise in ice cream sales.

Don't be too harsh in your postings, Laurejon is nearly twelve.
