I've just been on the phone to them. Unfortunately this ISA doesn't allow transfers from existing ISAs, which means I'll still have to find a new place for my existing years' investments. Humph!
Bradford & Bingley have strangely discontinued their eISA for new customers. It was 5.8% and probably due to go up soon to 6.05%. But there is also Yorkshire BS ISA which also pays 5.8% and probably due to go up soon to 6.05%. Yorkshire BS ISA has no strings attached and you can transfer existing ISas.
