Well done FP , nice to hear the presenter clearly say TWICE the name of this site , then he ruinend it with his little snide comment at the end after you'd hung up......... and i think your renting as well . Just the one criticism already pointed out , there really was 1 or 2 to many umm's

That is thinking/planning time we all do in speaking. Professional speakers learn to eradicate this by rehearsing first what they will say: DJs and the like can rabbit on with no ums, 'cos often what they are talking about is a load of codswallop, which needs little thought/planning!
