Seriously guys, stop being so bitter ( I can't afford a house Waaaaaaa ! ). Take control of your own life and do something about it.

The funny thing is that if you keep predicting the same thing eventually you'll be right. Maybe the crash will come next year and maybe it'll be another 20 years. Then you'll all be able to say ' I told you so' ! and everyone will think you're an economic expert. Well done in advance.
