The US passed a law that made it illegal to hold gold and they took it all back. Will this happen in the UK?

to be fair on the UK,we do have a pretty good record at fair trade.Possible,but less likely than a repeat performance in the states.

In the past, the UK central bank / government always had plenty of gold and didn't need to confiscate.
If China decides to remonetise gold and/or silver, the UK has so little gold left now Gordenron has sold most of it, confiscation could be possible.
