Mid 2005 when it looked likely that the crash had started - there were significant house price decreases in some parts of London, but there weren't that many negative articles in the paper...


..now, although there has not been any price falls to talk about (in fact as we speak prices are still rocketing), there are plenty of negative press articles around.
