For those with knowledge of the LeJardinDeFleur product, what would you recommend for £150000?
Im thinking RT2 or The Sahara, but which units would you recommend for £150k?
I would appreciate input from people who have been there recently.

Neither! Both are overpriced! Best to wait and see what comes back on the market in light of recent events........or to buy a resale property. I had a quick look at what's available on RT2 at the moment, and I can't believe people would pay those prices

....
RT2 will be full of 'British Retail Parkers'...........ie folks that like to go round DIY stores on a Sunday, or get fooled by some smooth talking salesmen at a show.....

I'd go for a resale on RT7 - there are a few agents that still have apartments for sale on RT7. If you want to know who, then send me a PM

Dogbox - Or maybe even consider the 2nd Plan Azure Resort - Port Lixus, many people are going for the La Plage Condo units, starting prices now for a studio 62k, 2 years guaranteed rental income, prime location with sea views etc.. worth considering, have you seen the La Plage website? if not advise & i'll post a link.

Hi Popcorn,
I have tried to PM you but no luck. I would be very interested in seeing who has RT-7 for sale. Are these resales (i.e. a purchaser looking to flip off plan contract) or as I suspect just appartments coming back on to the market due to a prospective buyer dropping out? Would appreciate if you could post. Cheers

Dogbox, other than your own purchase, do you have a beneficial interest in sales at LJDF?

Someone has a post on the saidiaforum website as they bought two, but want to flip one. Plus you will be able to PM me there and I can give you some agents that have RT7 apartments which is mainly people dropping out over the supposed rental restrictions. In order to post messages on this forum you first need to contact an administrator.

Has anyone else noticed that the LJDF sales figures were last updated 26 days ago? This is strange as it is normally updated every week. It also makes it difficult for your friend, Dogbox, to get a feel for what is available at £150k. Any views on the lack of sales updates?

Dogbox, your correct, prices dont seem to have been updated for a few weeks, which plot is your friend interested in & I shall make enquiries with regards to availability & prices?, for those interested in Villa's plot VVT-6 should be released very soon.
Phatpaws, in relation to RT-7, send us an e-mail with your requirements & I shall see what is available, (contact details to follow)
For those of you ive not been in contact with on other forums, I am Vimal Parmar, in early 2006 I invested in a few developments in the Tangier region, & in Saidia later in the year I was offered opportunity to work for a few developers so launched my company Moroccan Property Consultants, we only sell property in Morocco & currently offer properties on Saidia (LJDF, Oasis), Port Lixus, Tanjah, PBGR & a few other smaller developments. We have alot of information / pictures on all the developments & would be happy to share with anyone who is interested, i myself can be contacted on the following e-mail address; vimal@moroccanpropertyconsultants.com
As most people are aware there are several agents selling on the Plan Azure Resorts, we all offer the same units at the same prices as we work for the developer, do consider using our services if considering a purchase in Morocco, we maybe able to offer you a little more, as mentioned above feel free to contact me should you have any queries.

The best buy at the moment would appear to be the beachside villas on VVT6 - 2 bed semi-detached villas for £162,000 - a tad over budget but great location and loads of facilities

Tell your friend not to bother buying. Next year he'll get a much better bargain the way LJDF are going!
