Hi all,

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts on Prague as a BTL investment are? Although eastern europe, Czech Republic feels more central or western. Prague is a fantasic place and somewhere I would love to live myself.

Has anyone bought there? Looked there previously? Does anyone have any experience of Central Park, Prague 3?

Thanks!
Bigtoe
Prague went through steep price increases a few years ago. This has been followed up by slower growth over the past 2-3 years. Growth have however accelerated over the past few months (+-2%/month). This is in line with a tipical graph of a maturing market (now more sustainable long-term growth). I therefore think it is a good time to buy in Prague (I bought a flat in Prague last month) cool.gif

Which development did you buy on or was it not off plan?

The expected capital appreciation is appealing in Prague but the city in general is so amazing I cant see how prices wont go up in the future.
