Having in mind that Bulgaria is entering the EU on 01 January 2007 and the property prices may increase I decided to invest in Bulgarian property. Thus I purchased a house near Varna this summer. The people I contacted (a Bulgarian agency) helped me to choose this property (they showed me a large database of houses I could choose from), arranged my stay in Bulgaria, viewing trips, opened a company etc. They did everything needed, all I had to do was to sign the papers.
