I am quite interesetd in investing in the Swiss BTL market. I have noticed www.alle-immobilien.ch quite a few large appartment blocks for sale with yields of 7-8%. This is looking quite attractive as swiss mortgages are very low at the moment. Has anyone invested in this market and can anyone share some info about the process.
