Did anybody purchase there? it seems to be a nice beachfront development in UAE. I am curious about if there is any difference in purhasing pproperty in
Ras Al Khaimah as compared to Dubai.

RAK is miles away from Dubai. 45mins drive from Bur Dubai (off peak) e.g. on a friday. Loads of investment/construction coming up there. Depends what you are after? People still say that the the real estate market in Dubai is going to take a dip next year...... The sheer amount of construction on SZR near the Burj Dubai (to be the world's tallest building) is staggering, even by Dubai standards. Add on Business bay, The Lagoons, Festival City, International City and you think "surely it can't go on like this" but it does..... Up in "New Dubai" there is even more construction going on.

An Engineer's playground at the moment, but nobody can really visualise what this place will be like in 5, let alone 10 years time......
