Popcorn, if information on furniture package isn't held on the web then please tell us what you can abut them. When I met a PL person in Saidia he mentioned there was likely to be a choice of furniture packages for villas (& I imagine apartments too.) Is this the case?

Thanks for compling the list of owners. I think it is starting to become useful and, as you say, will become more useful nearer completion.

Asked Lucy from PL earlier in the week for indicative timescales for 2nd 20% installment. Her response was:

"The invoices will be issued at the beginning of November and we will probably give everyone 4 - 6 weeks to get their finances organized.

This means the payment will be due the first or second week of December."

I assume that the various permissions (primarily detailed planning/building permission) are either in place or expected very shortly.

I've only got a copy in PDF format which I can't copy out. So if anyone wants to email me for more details. It is only a draft one and I obtained it from my agent.
