Hi,

Looking for your views on what would provide the best investment over the long term:

Assuming a good location, second line to beach and marina etc - would a studio apartment (51sqm) with view of sea (over other buildings) and mountain view be more or less attractive to potential future buyers than a 1 bed apartment (68sqm) in the same building but with not so great views?
Price difference now is £20k.

Thanks

Ive had experience of this. View is everything when it comes to coastal property. People investing on the coast want something they dont have at home - a view of the sea.

However its impossible to say in your specific example, as I havent been there.

As a general rule its always preferable to have the best view and location.
