Does anyone know where you can open a Euro account in the UK that pays interest?

HSBC in the Channel Islands certainly do them, but the interest rates are minimal (about 1.6% if you put 250k Euros in a one-year fixed-rate account). Not sure about accounts on the mainland, but most banks seem to offer some kind of Euro account.
Then again, with 2% ECB interest rates, you can't expect much!
