Been having a look at the Spanish Property Insight website. Seems some people are getting their fingers badly burned after falling for all the hype and Spanish EA's Bullshi*:

It's obvioulsy going badly wrong on the Costas where the Brits are buying, but I wonder long it will take and how bad it will get inland where the Spanish are buying.
