If anyone has already some experience related to the bulgarian property market ,
I would really appreciate some advices on the subject.

bought two great apartments and vas very satisfied.
There is another one agency,which do a great job- "adis", but i don't remember their url.

Thats it buy up bulgarian property so that locals cant afford them, good thinking, hope you suffer because of it.

You were told to buy in bulgaria months back, bit slow for a sheep aint ya.

Known in the trade as a "one-two" LOL The Labour party was doing a lot of this during the last general election having planted endorsements in local papers etc

But seriously i am keen to buy in Bulgaria but a cheap villa in the countryside. Some are as cheap as £5,000 and have loads of land thrown in. See http://www.mybulgaria.info/bulgaria-property-forums.html

I wouldnt buy as an investment, just a nice place to live and i would avoid the property bubble near the Black Sea like crazy. As i undertstand it, the Bulgarians in the villages are quite keen to sell up as unemployment is high there and they want to move to the towns.
