Hi Guys

Has anyone on here actually bought investment property overseas? Where did you buy?

I'm currently thinking about Goa. I love the place and I'm certain there's a demand for luxury rental properties. Anyone got any views on this?

I've found this site offering property in Goa, http://www.worldwideinvestments.co.uk does anyone know of any others??

Thanks

Ella

It has to be BULGARIA. Avoid Sofia and the Black Sea and you can buy a good renovated house in the country for less than £10,000 . See:

Hi Ella,
I have a appartment in candolim which is about finished if you read the daily express dated 24/8/05 overseas property page you will see what a sound investment property in Goa is.

When i agreed to buy and the deposit was paid building started. The base was cast and the ground floor columns, plus the the floor.
I was informed by the developer that the value of the appartment had risen by £10,000 in a short period due to the Goan goverment refusing any more planning permission due to the fact that they can't sustain the water supply.

So if you are thinking of going ahead be quick.
