Does any one know if you can borrow on your equity when living abroad, to purchase a property in England, if so which banks do help you, if there any left by the time this post goes out. is it easy or is it quite exspensive any help will do mnay thanks :blink:

Lloyds TSB will lend you money on property owned abroad. You have to be a UK resident though I think, and the loan will be in €, which will not help if your income is in £!
