Pessimists or realists...perhaps the reason many that are now flourishing from HPC advice are doing so because they saw the bubble and effectively short sold the property VI's.

Unfortunately, as did mine, it fell at the first fence and had to be shot...no point in hoping for anything else in the world of betting on horseracing...as I find out everytime I have a crafty flutter!
