Indeed - I posted the link since the JC had been extremely bullish in previous articles about the property market, eg comments from estate agents only a few months ago that any HPC will not affect North West London.
It just shows that HPC is here when a newspaper like that is prepared to publish such comments.

Might I point out to the blind amongst you - who also love to snipe - that HPC.co.uk gets very favourable mentions in both articles.
