They don't like it up them do they?

FP got our little Dom so angry after the Five Live interview this morning that he has actually registered with HPC.co.uk and moaned about the BBC for being "irresponsible" for "idiots" like FP giving an alternative side to the argument on BBC.

No Dominic - you are the idiot. You have been given carte blanche by the Beeb to spout your views on "To Buy or Not to Buy" and other Property Porn ramping programmes for years now. Now the tide has turned and your bubble has burst you have the audacity to come on here and whinge like a little school girl!

Are you upset that the BBC won't be commissioning anymore of your "pricing First Time Buyer's out of the market" bullsh@t for the next few years???

Property "expert" are you? Got any qualifications to prove this or are you just a greasy snake skin oil sales merchant like all the other desperate VI's desperately trying to protect their portfolios and their fast eroding credibility.

I saw you on the One Show a few weeks ago and you were desperately trying to ramp the market then. You must be sh@tting yourself now! Just accept it mate the free lunch is now over and now it's payback time :P

How is it that the BBC on 5 live allow idiots like that Jonathan commenting on a house price crash quoting a 40% crash it is totally irresponsible and Journalists banging the drum every day is completely against the well being of millions of home owners.

I view this uncontrolled irresponsible reporting dangerous to Britain’s economy and much more serious than insider trading the Government should step in to stop uninformed unqualified reporting to what is people’s largest investment. As a property expert I am sick to the back teeth listening to the twaddle the BBC churn out every day.

There is only one reason why people are starting to panic and that stems from uninformed Journalists banging the drum every day. In the last recession pockets all over the country were affected and many pockets not. As like topics on Europe on other subjects no balance. If you take London the prime areas of Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Marylebone, Soho and Covent Garden were unaffected in the last recession.

BBC have like so many companies Journalists that have not got a clue and entertain a hypothetical line that has no bearing in the current prime London market with 5% interest rates and low unemployment, people should not believe all they hear from uninformed Journalists. In the last month I have seen five closed bid situations with prices ranging from 1M-4M

Agitated

 Oh my aching sides, 'irresponsible' indeed, if ever there was a case for dusting off the words pot and kettle to construct a well-known saying..

The denial is turning to fear and anger. That's good. The acceptance phase will commence later this year.

Dominic Littlewood comes across as an increasingly desperate, talentless dwarf with a nasty streak. The coming property market meltdown will sweep him and the other hissing, house-price-ramping, cockroaches into oblivion.

Hpc Hase Really Upset The Vi's, Dominic Littlewood throws his dolly out of the pram

i prefer the other Dom : http://commoditywatch.podbean.com/
- the one that speaks sense.

Perhaps we should call him: Dominic Bigwood

Maybe the BBC shoudl have a Dom vs. Dom debate

"I live on HPC!" Actually, that's not true anymore. I now live "on the other side" ... of the planet.

I'd like to pound the gobby, little cockney ******* into the dirt but I'm just as happy to see the coming property crash see him get the boot off the BBC and be forced to go back to selling rusty, second-hand Ford fiestas from a lock-up garage in Peckham. The slimy little t urd.

Just proves a point. A lot of posters come on and tell stories of how they tell of the house price crash at work and the reaction they get.

Exactly Like Dominic.

I thought he'd be above that, but no, hes just a blind sheep like the rest.
