I`m going to get some popcorn in and dim the lights, I am going to sky+ record it and maybe get some friends over and we can keep going over the really funny moments.
We are not all sadistical, doom mongering ba5stards but some parts of this HPC will be pure entertainment.

I checked on my freeview 8 day EPG and it wasnt there. I switched the box on and off and then it appeared.
For anyone confused ( like me ), The program is the "Tonight" Program..it's not on tonight

There be plenty more sob stories to come about failed BTL'ers , property developers , investors etc. , they believed the dream , they bought the dream , now there dreams have turnend to dust , it's so sad ....................

So long as it is more balanced than the BBC News 24 effort earlier this week, where they 'reported' that the big winners from house price crash are the BTLers. Reason...1st time buyers can't get a mortgage so are forced to rent, and BTLers with existing portfolio's and good credit ratings will borrow more money and snap up the bargains. Hmmm.
