Tonester Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 I've just heard about the proposed £35 annual charge on Lloyds cards if you don't use it regularly. I only use my card sporadically so I'll ditch it if there's any chance of me getting charged that amount. I rang up asking for clarification on precise timescales and the girl I spoke to in the Credit Card department couldn't (wouldn't?) tell me what time period it would be!! She suggested I used it every 2 months but I recently hadn't used it for that amount of time and not been charged. If I do get charged I expect if I complain and threat to close all my accounts then they'll refund - because that's the business model of institutions nowadays. However, the amount of bloody slyness shown is just annoying! Quote
